PROJECT MANAGER
Hiring a project manager is much more cost effective than hiring a general contractor. We take care of finding, hiring and coordinating work with sub-contractors on your behalf. Project management results in savings but is more hands on.
GENERAL CONTRACTOR
For owners who are less hands on. When hired as a general contractor we bid the entire scope of the project. Bryce Biery handles the budget and coordination without the client and obtains necessary permits and inspections.
CARPENTRY CONTRACTOR
Bryce has years of experience in custom carpentry and woodworking. Whether you want a fireplace mantle or an entire deck and pergola, Bryce can handle it. When hired as a carpentry contractor, we perform only carpentry work.
